Covered Transaction Reports (CTRs) apply to cash transactions or cash equivalents within a single banking day amounting to PHP 500,000 or more. Beneficial ownership monitoring gaps. Corporate accounts where the ultimate beneficial owner changes without triggering a monitoring review represent a structural gap.
